This is a RECORDING of "Movement Workshop for STRESS & ANXIETY". It is a guided movement class that helps you feel better, ease your mind and let go. Find your ground and reconnect with yourself! 

What you'll get:

  • A 45-minute guided movement session
  • Mind-body awareness and tools to manage stress and anxiety 

All bodies welcome. Come as you are. No equipment or fitness, dance or yoga experience needed. Mindful movement can help reduce stress, support mental, emotional and physical health, and build confidence in your own skin.
