After accumulating health conditions, my personal healing journey led me to my truest passion, becoming a mental health practitioner.

Founder, Movement Genius
In 2020, my sister and I co-founded Movement Genius. We offer 300+ therapist-designed videos and classes that improve mental, physical, and emotional health.
Now featured in hospitals, universities, and across sectors, Movement Genius helps you meet the moment and manage daily life in a way that works for your unique mind and body.
Advocacy, Policy, Mental Health Coordination
Most of my energy is invested into designing and advocating for mental health resources across communities.
Within traditional and digital media, I co-created Artist Wellbeing Essentials, a digital toolkit to help performers pursue their passion in a healthy, sustainable way. I'm also a Mental Health Coordinator for Film/TV/Stage productions. My podcast Dear Hollywood exposes the toddler-to-train wreck pipeline of child performers, which I explore (along with solutions) in my memoir, Semi-Well-Adjusted Despite Literally Everything.
Author, Speaker, Facilitator
With seven certifications in the mind-body space, I love designing programs to support safely reconnecting with your mind and body. I wrote Mind Body Movement: The 7-Step Guide to Heal Your Body and Improve Your Mental Health, followed by a special edition for queer folks, Mind Body Pride: The 7-Step Guide to Deeper Inner Connection.
In August 2025, I released my debut memoir, Semi-Well-Adjusted Despite Literally Everything.
