The beginning

At six years old, I started performing in television series, films and music videos. I had the honor of working on 200+ projects as an actress, singer, dancer and host. In my late teens, I began producing my own content, which blossomed into Simplexity podcast, Dear Hollywood podcast, and a growing online community of 6m+ folks.

Behind the scenes, I accumulated a variety of health conditions that affected every area of my life. My personal healing journey led me to my truest passion, studying the mind-body connection and creating tools alongside experts that help people heal and empower themselves.

Today
Founder

In 2020, my sister and I co-founded Movement Genius. We offer therapist-designed classes that improve mental, physical, and emotional health. Our platform is designed by and for all bodies and identities. Though mental health is often seen as a "neck-up" issue, our bodies play an essential role in how we make sense of the world and move through it daily. Our classes use somatic principles to help you reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and improve your well-being in a way that authentically works for you.
Advocate
Much of my passion is invested into advocating for improved mental health resources and long-term prevention strategies for youth and underrepresented communities. I'm currently working on concrete solutions that support artists and entertainers who face unique psychological, physical, professional, financial, and social challenges. My "Toddler-to-Trainwreck" video is an introduction to a much larger and urgent conversation.
