My Open Movement Classes are guided, free movement workshops that are practical, purposeful, and an effective way to reconnect with yourself and feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically. No dance, yoga, or fitness experience is required.
These classes are for anyone with a body.

Clinical psychologist, published author, speaker & movement coach
In his over 18 years in the field, he has worked with a wide range of populations and issues including but not limited to juvenile delinquents and at-risk youth; children and adolescents on the autistic spectrum; and the Active Duty military population. He is currently in private practice, specializing in anxiety and trauma, as well as helping people remove their mental and emotional barriers in order to grow both personally and professionally.
